Welcome to KarmItUp! By using our app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. KarmItUp! is a community platform where members post favor requests and offers, earn Karma stars by helping others, and build reputation through real interactions—not cash payments.
Membership and Usage
- Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use KarmItUp!
- Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts, your conduct with other members, and completing or canceling favors in good faith.
- Karma Stars: Karma stars are a points system within the app, not real money, and have no cash value outside the platform.
- Service Evolution: Premium features, posting limits, and badges may change as the service evolves.
Community Safety and Zero Tolerance Policy
KarmItUp! is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all members. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of exploitation or abuse. Specifically, we strictly prohibit:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: Any content, requests, or behavior involving the abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: Any form of sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or exploitation directed at any individual.
- Harassment and Harmful Acts: Any form of human trafficking, hate speech, or promotion of illegal, violent, or predatory acts.
Any account found to be involved in such activities will be permanently terminated immediately, and where required by law, we will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.
Account Conduct and Liability
We may suspend or remove accounts that harass others, post misleading content, abuse the Karma system, or otherwise harm the community.
KarmItUp! is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between members, injuries, losses, or damages arising from favors arranged through the app. For questions, contact support@karmitup.com.
