KarmItUp! respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our app and website, and how we use it to operate a safe community for favors, Karma stars, and reputation.
We collect information you provide, such as your account details, favor posts, messages, ratings, comments, and profile information including badges and certificates. We also collect location data when you use map features, so nearby favors can be shown centered on your area. Usage data helps us improve the service and prevent abuse.
We use your information to connect members, display favors on the map, transfer Karma stars, show reputation and reviews, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us run the app, or when required by law.
You can update your profile, request account deletion, or contact us about your data at support@karmitup.com. We may update our policy from time to time. Continued use of KarmItUp! after changes means you accept the updated policy.
